I'm the CEO and Founder of Fair Square Medicare, a tech-enabled health insurance brokerage for seniors. Fair Square Medicare has raised $19M from Define Ventures, Slow Ventures, YC and others.

Before Fair Square, I co-founded a personal finance app called Trim. We were the first app to find your subscriptions and cancel them. Trim was acquired by OneMain for $25M.

Before Trim, I co-founded a company called Octane Lending, worked on it for six months, decided it was a terrible idea, and left. It’s now worth $1B.

Before that, I studied Physics at Yale.

I’m originally from Houston, where my parents settled after immigrating from the Soviet Union. Coming to the United States was the best decision anyone in my family ever made.
